Meet the Team
Sher Tolan
Sher Tolan started her career in commercial real estate at AmSouth (now Regions) in Orlando in 1996 as a commercial real estate loan analyst/underwriter, where she analyzed financial statements of borrowers and pro formas of varying types of commercial real estate projects from office and industrial to high-rise luxury condominium projects. This background proved to be a differentiating asset to Sher’s approach to real estate. While advising her clients on their options for financing and exit strategies for their acquisitions, she cultivated her relationships with developers, construction companies, appraisers, and surveyors preparing for a successful transition to commercial real estate brokerage. The financial upheaval of 2009-2010 allowed Sher to draw upon her banking background and to foster very productive relationships with the nation’s most powerful banks such as, Wells Fargo, TD Bank, BB&T Bank to name a few. Through COVID-19, Sher was able to pivot the company’s resources to better social media communication, virtual property tours and amp up the company’s virtual presences, which was essential in thriving in this trying time for the globe.
Sher Tolan continues her business and civic affiliations through her active role with the SIOR organization and as the president of Business Executives Network in Central Florida.
Zane Tolan
Zane’s background and passion lie in technical and technological creation and problem solving for Allied Commercial. He brings a young, dynamic and fresh approach to videography, photography, editing, web design ideas, social media presence as well as technological relevance to the company platform. He assesses our software and hardware needs based on the direction of the company’s communication models and strives to resolve them in the most creative and cost-conscious manner. He is currently continuing his studies in digital media.
Camille Santos
Camille Santos is instrumental in organizing the marketing and advertising efforts at Allied Commercial. Having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering and several certifications in graphic design, she has pursued various opportunities in content creation and videography. Her versatile background makes her a great asset for Allied Commercial.
New Associate
Allied Commercial is looking to onboard a new full time associate, with a passion to learn the industry. The individual first and foremost must have great communication skills, degree and/or training in real estate is preferred. Must hold a Florida salesperson’s real estate license.
